Sing Ong Tai Chi in Kelburn

Saturday morning from 10am - 11am
Philip began training kung fu while at university but soon also started Sing Ong Tai Chi after hearing about tai chi's excellent reputation for improving health and developing martial skill. He quickly found that this reputation was well deserved.
Philip says, "I particularly enjoy the subtly of Sing Ong Tai Chi. The deeper I get into it, the more I see a lifetime of training and enjoyment stretching out in front of me. The Sing Ong Tai Chi curriculum takes you step by step through the intricacies of tai chi and gives everyone the chance to fully enjoy the benefits of this amazing martial art. I have gained a great deal from my training and I encourage everyone to try it for themselves. "
