Craig Johnston

Craig started with Sing Ong Tai Chi in 1992, and was an instructor from 1995-2004. After some time away from SOTC, he joined Lester Wong's group, and became an assistant instructor.

Craig says, "you needn't be shy about returning to class if you have been away for a while. I was away for several years. Starting again from the beginning was the best thing that ever happened to my tai chi.We are told to come to class with an empty cup so that it can be filled up. Don't think that you know everything already."

"Tai chi is very beneficial to my well-being. It keeps me flexible and relaxed, centred and grounded. With Sing Ong Tai Chi, the deeper you go into it, the more there is to learn. I love leading beginner classes,and watching people make their own discovery of the joys of tai chi."
